Jackon showcases the future of self-building

HOMEBUILDING & RENOVATING SHOW, EXCEL LONDON. STAND: F130

JACKON is a market leader in ICF – Insulating Concrete Formwork. This construction technique makes a positive contribution to the construction of energy-efficient buildings due to very low energy inputs required for heating. JACKON Building Systems are Future Homes Ready!

The company has two separate systems, which are used together for the best results:

THERMOMUR® ICF – a wall system, manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS), comprising robust pre-formed blocks with a hollow core, which is filled with a concrete pour during construction;

JACKODUR® ATLAS – an extruded polystyrene (XPS) system, which provides thermal insulation systems for floor slabs. It eliminates thermal bridges and is supplied cut to size, reducing waste.

As well enabling the creation of more energy efficient houses, self-builders will value the fact that JACKON Building Systems enable a faster build due to the integration of the building components and a reduction in the need for extra onsite labour, especially in comparison to timber frame.
