If you’re planning a self-build or renovation and have previously considered Rationel windows and doors, you may notice some changes. The Rationel brand is being wound down in the UK, but its established products are not disappearing. Instead, they are now available as part of the VELFAC range.
Familiar Products, New Names
The change is straightforward: Rationel Aura and Auraplus are now VELFAC Ribo, while Rationel Forma and Formaplus are now VELFAC Classic.
The products themselves remain the same, with the quality, performance and design options customers have come to expect – simply under their new VELFAC names.

VELFAC Ribo offers a clean, understated appearance that works beautifully across a wide range of self-build and renovation projects. Available in wood/aluminium and timber options, it can complement both contemporary and more traditional homes.
