Fantastic Services, the UK’s fastest growing domestic services provider, has today launched GoFantastic, its new iPhone app which in as little as 30 seconds allows people to book an expert, vetted, insured, and guaranteed team to take care of all those tasks around the home, which they would rather not do themselves.
Fantastic Services provides a full range of services to help people manage their homes including cleaning, handyman services, gardening, pest control, home removals, pet care and rubbish clearance.
GoFantastic lets people book a multitude of services, from oven cleaning, carpet cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning to garden design, dog grooming, Ikea furniture assembly and home removals. The first booking can take as little as 30 seconds, and once an account is set up rebooking can take even less time.
To get help at home, clients just open GoFantastic, select the service type they want (e.g. cleaning), then choose a specific task (e.g. carpet cleaning), provide the approximate size of property or garden, add their address and postcode, and enter the time and date when they need the job done. GoFantastic then generates a quote and asks the customer to confirm the booking. Live chat via the app, together with 24 hour telephone support, is available for all the services so any questions can be answered immediately to ensure an accurate quote and great service.
Customers are given the option to set up an account via GoFantastic, which they can link to their Facebook page. The account saves the essential booking data to enable repeat bookings to be made smoothly. Customers who want a regular service can also flag this on their account, so a regular booking can automatically be made for them.
The Fantastic service team spent over five years developing techniques and technology to ensure that they could deliver a wide range of services in London, to a consistently high, guaranteed level of quality, before starting their national and international expansion.
