Quote of the Day
|
The worlds biggest McDonalds (at the time) was built in London specifically for the London Olympics. The two-storey, 3,000 sq ft building restaurant served up to 1,200 customers an hour with its 20 till points and 1,500 seats. Once the summer spectacle ended, it was stripped down and rehoused in other outlets around the UK. Everything from kitchen equipment to light bulbs was reused and almost everything else was recycled. Currently, the largest McDonalds restaurant is in Moscow, Russia.
